Gary has a 30 year career leading teams in the Financial Services industry and has led both rapid growth ventures and was part of a global leadership team at Siemens. As the former CEO of Siemens Financial Services, Gary oversaw Commercial Finance Americas. He has overseen originations & operations platforms across healthcare, industrial tech, manufacturing, software and consumer litigation finance. He is a proud alum from Penn State and lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and future Penn State grads. When not leading the GPF and LitiPay teams, Gary is often swimming and biking with family or working on a Jeep in his garage.

At LitiPay, Dan ensures that the firm develops capital and debt structures that provide sustainable and predictable outcomes with reliability. Prior to joining LitiPay, Dan spent 15 years being a CFO in the alternative asset industry including time at Tortus Capital, a global credit hedge fund and Alternative Asset Managers, a hedge fund seeding platform. Dan graduated from Franklin & Marshall College where he also played football. When he is not at Golden Pear, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf, tennis and basketball.

Oliver has 14 years of experience with SaaS companies where he has built a unique skill set across entrepreneurship, sales enablement, and revenue operations and leading sales teams. Prior to joining, he held a variety of leadership roles driving sales and developing go-to-market strategies with an emphasis on creating customer-centric experiences. At LitiPay, he provides the training, sales-ready content, processes, and software needed to empower salespeople to grow the Pre-Settlement and Medical Receivables business. Oliver is a proud University of Miami alum and lives in Houston, TX, with his wife and three kids. Off hours, you can find Oliver playing tennis, splashing in the pool with his family, powerlifting, or sifting through annual reports in search of the next investment to make.

Bhavin is a focused shareholder that values innovation and creation when driving the company’s long-term financial framework. In his spare time, he likes to run, cycle, and watch soccer, although not all at the same time.

Prior to her role at LitiPay, Cejae was a senior paralegal for a high volume New York personal injury litigation firm for 3 years. Under Cejae's leadership she has implemented and optimized various operational enhancements and modifications to improve business processes and operations across the board that has led to an enhanced customer experience. Using her Financial Services and legal expertise Cejae has become a champion of digitization and a key leader in the development of in-house web-based systems. On the weekends Cejae is sitting at her easel painting, hiking and exploring new trails or watching Liverpool (hopefully) win the Premier League again!
